1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to:

  • All major serviceable pin codes within India

  • Remote areas subject to courier availability

International shipping is not available at this time.
(We can add it if you plan to expand.)


2. SHIPPING TIME & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within:

  • 24–48 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday)

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to factors outside our control—weather, courier delays, festivals, or high-volume periods.


3. ORDER PROCESSING

Once you place an order:

  1. You will receive an Order Confirmation Email/WHATSAPP

  2. Your order is packed, quality checked, and handed over to our shipping partner

  3. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link (Through Whatsapp)

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Cash on Delivery (NOT AVAILABLE NOW)

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be visible at checkout before you complete your purchase.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Updates via WHATSAPP MESSAGE or email

Tracking may take 12–24 hours to become active after dispatch.


6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Refusal to accept

The package may be returned to us.
Re-delivery may require an additional shipping charge.


7. DAMAGED / TAMPERED PACKAGES

If your package appears tampered with, damaged, or opened:

  • Do not accept the delivery

  • Take photos of the package

We will arrange a replacement or resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy.


8. DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • National holidays / lockdowns

  • Courier operational issues

  • Remote location accessibility

If your shipment is significantly delayed, contact us and we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

For lost shipments, a full refund or replacement will be provided after courier investigation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Address

  • Landmark

  • Pincode

  • Phone number

The Blac is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
